Role of ATR Yatra

ATR Yatra is an online platform that allows users to book bus tickets from independent bus operators. ATR Yatra does not own, manage, or operate any bus services. It solely facilitates bookings and is not responsible for the actual travel services provided.

Service Information

All information related to bus services—such as seat availability, fares, routes, schedules, amenities, and service quality— is provided by the respective bus operators. ATR Yatra does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of this information.

Limitation of Liability

ATR Journey shall not be held responsible for:

• Delays or cancellations of buses.
• Conditions of the vehicles or missing amenities.
• Behavior of drivers or staff.
• Changes or errors in boarding points.
• Loss or damage of personal belongings.
• Seat reassignments or other changes initiated by bus operators.

User Responsibilities

• Users must create an account to make bookings.
• A valid ID and ticket must be presented at the time of boarding.
• Arrive at the boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure.
• Tickets are non-transferable.
• Confirm boarding details directly with the operator before travel.

Booking, Payment, and Refunds

• Payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by the operator’s policies.
• ATR Yatra charges a non-refundable convenience fee per booking.

Rescheduling

• Allowed only if the bus operator permits.
• Fare differences and rescheduling charges may apply.

Legal Compliance

Bus operators are responsible for complying with applicable transport laws and licensing requirements. ATR Yatra is not liable for legal issues arising from operator non-compliance.

Governing Law

All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Vijaya Puram. By using the platform, users agree to these terms and any future amendments.
